During his 23 seasons as an NBA executive, Donnie Walsh has never seen such anticipation for a single free agency class as he does for the 2010 edition.

But when he was general manager of the Pacers, he frequently was worried that Reggie Miller would be lured away via free agency.

"I always thought New York was going to try to get him," said Walsh on Thursday.
